Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed!
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been SHIPPED.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days.
Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order has been shipped. (See tracking email)
Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
*Lexx Lavish Hair & Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is no longer in stock or if we need additional information on your order.
- USPS Priority once shipped takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Includes $50 insurance through the USPS.
- Orders include insurance and if desired can require a signature to be delivered. This is to protect from theft and is 100% complimentary. If you know you won't be available to sign please contact us prior to shipment. By waiving signature delivery you are accepting responsibility for the package once it's marked delivered.
Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.
Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to a incorrect address you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at TalkLavish@LexxLavish.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location!
