We aim to provide you with a seamless experience, especially if you have a booked appointment for hair installation at LLHB. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, including specific instructions for clients with appointments:
For Clients with Booked Appointments:
If you have a scheduled appointment at LLHB for hair installation, please note that your hair order will be shipped directly to us. Upon your arrival for the appointment, the hair will be waiting for you, ready to be installed as part of our services.
General Shipping Information:
1. Order Processing Time: Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Kindly consider non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. COVID-19 Considerations: We kindly request your mindfulness regarding potential delays caused by COVID-19 and the impact it has had on shipping services.
3. Shipping Method: We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail. Please be aware that shipment time can take up to 10 business days. We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us regarding your shipment until the 11th day after your order has been shipped (as indicated in the tracking email). Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
4. Stock Availability and Communication: If the merchandise you have selected is no longer in stock or if we require additional information for your order, we will contact you through a follow-up email or phone call.
5. USPS Priority Shipping: Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery; however, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. This shipping method includes $50 insurance through USPS.
6. Insurance and Signature Requirement: All orders are insured and can be delivered with a required signature to protect against theft. This service is complimentary. If you know you won’t be available to sign for the package, please contact us before shipment. By waiving signature delivery, you accept responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered.
7. Postal Service Responsibility: Once we hand your package over to the post office, the speed of delivery is out of our control, even with Priority Mail. Inquiries about the location or delay of your package should be directed to your local post office.
8. Correct Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at TalkLavish@LexxLavish.com.
9. Lost or Stolen Shipments: We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Additionally, we are unable to refund or replace shipments for packages that are marked as delivered.
10. Secure Shipping Location: Please ensure that you provide a secure shipping address. Once packages have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address, we cannot be held responsible for their safety.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
