Return Policy:
We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. Please review our updated return policy below:
1. Return Consultation and Instructions: For personalized assistance with your return, we will personally send you a return consultation and instructions via email.
2. Final Sale Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned: LL Hair, swimsuits, accessories (including keychains, flexies, combs, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, and scarves), leggings, super deals, doorbusters, flash sales, clearance items, and items with discounts of 15% or more.
3. Conditions for Returns:
a. Original Tags: All returned items must have the original tags still attached. For shoe returns, please encase the shoe boxes in another box to protect them during shipping. Shoe boxes with stickers, return labels directly applied, or damaged boxes will not be accepted for return.
b. Unworn and Unwashed: Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that show signs of wear, stains, or have odors such as cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, etc., will not be accepted. Worn items, even once, do not qualify for a return.
c. Return Timeframe: Merchandise may be returned for online store credit only within 2-4 days of delivery. The store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product; shipping and handling charges are not included.
d. Return Packaging: When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) explaining the reason for the return.
e. Color and Pattern Variations: Please note that exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
4. Return Shipping and Processing:
a. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for reference.
b. Return Receipt and Processing: Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 5-7 business days for us to process your store credit.
c. Store Credit Notification: If your return is approved, a store credit code will be emailed to the address on file and applied to your account within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
d. Order Placement and Store Credit: If you place an order before receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account before placing an order using the credit.
e. Unused Store Credit: If you do not use your store credit during an order, we cannot apply it afterward. If you encounter any issues with your credit, please email us at TalkLavish@LexxLavish.com before placing your order.
5. Non-Returnable Items and Undeliverable Packages:
a. Non-Returnable Items: If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for calling and paying a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days. After 10 days, the items will be donated to charity.
Due to limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges. Returned merchandise will be processed for store credit only. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item and returning the product to avoid missing out. Store credit can be used for future purchases and cannot be applied to a new order that has already been placed.
Defects or Problems With Your Order:
If you receive an item with any problems or defects, please email us at TalkLavish@LexxLavish.com within 2 days of receiving the item. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the item no longer qualifying for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage or defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Color variations due to photography, lighting, and monitor resolutions, as well as clothing pattern variations, do not qualify as defects.

Please note that our hair is 100% raw and sourced from different donors, which means color, texture, and wave patterns are never guaranteed. We strive to match each order accordingly.
